Welter Seed and Honey Co. desires complete satisfaction for their customers, however, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the seed.   We will not be responsible for losses due to disease, insects, chemical carryover or weather and soil conditions.  We make no further warranties, expressed or implied.   All claims or complaints must be filed within thirty days.
